Data Product Manager - Banking - Paytech/Crypto

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enabled solutions.
• Define ‘what' and ‘why' the platform should build, and what business and user problems it will solve.
• Define and track product OKRs and KPIs, and drive the team to achieve them.
• Drive GTM (go to market) excitement and awareness of our platform across all enterprise teams.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to build, validate, and showcase POCs and demos.
• Translate business problems into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure products align with BFS regulatory, compliance, and risk considerations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in a top-tier technology company, with a focus on AI or machine learning products;
• Proven experience working in the Banking domain with payments tech and payments product;
• Demonstrated technical depth with solutions leveraging generative AI, ML, LLMs, or cloud services architecture through shipped products or solutions;
• Experience presenting and explaining product and technology topics in-depth to executive and technical audiences;
• Strong communicator (written, verbal) and collaborator, and can influence both technical and business stakeholders;
• Able to work in a fast-paced, enterprise environment and drive outcomes end-to-end;
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
