Data Processing Technician

Create and implement in-house production schedules

Create and implement in-house production schedules. Prepare daily reports and verify accurate printing and storage of department reports.

Maintain network components and systems/warehouse equipment

• Maintain hardware and software equipment such as computers, scanners, and printers.
• Maintain proper inventory control procedures to ensure inventory accuracy.

Assist with technical issues across multiple facilities

• Assist with internal audits by providing required information or reports.

Minimum Requirements (knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-year systems support experience or equivalent technical training
• Knowledge of computer operating systems, networks, printer/scanner setup, and technical troubleshooting
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Able to travel up to 25%
• Able to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Able to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Comfortable with various noise levels
