Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Create and implement in-house production schedules
- Plan, assign and direct the work of Data Processing Technicians
- Aid systems managers with auditing processes
- Prepare daily reports and verify accurate printing and storage of department reports
- Maintain hardware and software equipment such as computers, scanners, and printers
- Maintain proper inventory control procedures to ensure inventory accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service across multiple facilities
Additional Duties And Responsibilities
- Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
High School Diploma or GED
2 years’ systems support experience or equivalent technical training
Knowledge of computer operating systems, networks, printer/scanner setup, and technical troubleshooting
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to travel up to 25%
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
- Must be comfortable with various noise levels
