Role Overview: The Data Onboarding Analyst leads data onboarding initiatives for strategic healthcare clients, ensuring smooth integration and validation of data systems. Responsibilities Include Coordinating cross-functional teams to manage client onboarding and project execution Developing communication plans, implementation agendas, and status reports for stakeholders Managing scope changes and schedule adjustments through effective stakeholder communication Monitoring data file delivery timelines and escalating risks proactively Serving as the primary client contact during implementation Qualifications and Skills: Proven project management experience with measurable outcomes, strong leadership and collaboration skills in fast-paced settings, excellent communication and stakeholder relationship abilities, and strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities with high accuracy. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. Healthcare industry experience, especially in population health or value-based care, is preferred. Technology skills such as SaaS implementation, advanced Excel, Power BI, ETL processes, and data quality analysis are advantageous.
