Data Management Admin
Responsibilities
- Manage configuration baselines and product structures.
- Perform data entry across multiple systems.
- Create and distribute document and part numbers for multiple programs.
- Afford assistance with root cause analysis for CDM issues.
- Interface with customers, auditors, and program teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree and 0 to 2+ years of related experience OR 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Proficiency in cross-checking information, organization, and updating databases
- Capability to prioritize multiple requests across multiple systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with technical data
- Ability to communicate across multiple groups
- Experience with engineering drawings, BOMs, and digital product structures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with PLM/QMS systems like Jira, TIPQA, SharePoint, PDM, Business Central
- The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $42.93/hr.

The role is based in the Sterling, VA office and requires working five days a week. The company is a mission partner supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, and Civil space customers, developing complex, radiation effects mitigated designs for modern space programs.
