About the role
Midtown Home Improvements is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Administrator to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain customer, project, and employee information in company databases and systems.
- Review data for accuracy and completeness.
- Process and organize documents, contracts, and reports.
- Affiliate with administrative tasks for various departments.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies.
- Generate reports and update spreadsheets as needed.
- Support office operations and special projects.
Qualifications
- Previous data entry, administrative, or office experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated.
