Data Entry Specialist
Job Summary
The Order/RGA Processor processes orders/rga in a timely and efficient manner with a focus on the release of orders to our warehouse teams. Constantly look for areas for efficiency improvement, and achieve higher level of customer satisfaction.
Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Same day processing of orders.
- 72-hour processing of rga.
- Maintain the daily open order report to ensure orders are being released.
- Communicate with the shipping department regarding shipment changes and cancellations.
- Communicate with the inside sales team and/or outside sales rep agencies.
- Identifies and contacts customer regarding discrepancies in orders/rga.
- Work with team to ensure the entire order processing function is running efficiently.
- Maintain the process flow of backorders and hold for release.
Critical Success Factors
- Monitor actionable metrics to ensure the order processing function is running efficiently.
- Utilize tools that automatically extract, classify and validate order data.
Requirements
- Effective communication written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be highly detail oriented.
- Great organizational skills.
- Data processing speed and accuracy.
- Team player.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work overtime.
- Think outside the box.
Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with EDI situations from a user perspective a plus.
