Data Entry Specialist

About the Role

Seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with experience in solar fleet monitoring to support operations and maintenance. Responsible for accurate data input, verification, and system updates for solar assets to ensure real-time operational health and facilitate maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Input and update performance data, including production metrics, inverter status, and weather-adjusted ratios.
• Assist in tracking alerts, system downtime, and transcribe diagnostic info into work order systems.
• Organize and digitize site reports, warranty claims, and utility documents.
• Perform quality checks to identify and correct data discrepancies.
• Collaborate with technicians and partners to clarify data requirements and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Proficiency with CRM or ERP systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail for high-volume, accurate data entry.
• Basic understanding of solar terminology and troubleshooting to identify data anomalies.

Additional Details

Full-time remote role within the U.S., requiring legal work authorization.
