Data Entry Specialist
Location: Horsham, Pennsylvania (Hybrid)
About the role
We are supporting an opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to help manage incoming Know Your Customer requests and related case updates. This position plays an important part in keeping customer records accurate, organized, and moving forward through collaboration with internal teams and external contacts.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the entry of incoming “Know your Customer” (KYC) requests into source system (edge)
- Interpret customer-provided organization documents to understand beneficial owners, directors, involved parties, etc.
- Answer KYC-related questions about customers within the KYC source system
- Interact with the Canadian Sales team to gather missing or incomplete customer data
- Update KYC cases with additional information once provided
- During downtime, handle additional tasks within Vendor Finance, such as entry of incoming customer applications for credit
Requirements
- Typing/keyboard proficiency
- Proficient in use of technology and website navigation
- AML (Anti-Money Laundering) knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
