About the role

Sparkbit360 is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to strengthen record accuracy across marketing and public-relations strategy, campaigns, content, brand storytelling, creative execution, client service, and performance insight. This role focuses on data entry specialized execution within brand campaign operations, ensuring every handoff shows what is complete, what is pending, and who owns the next step. Quality Standard Success means record accuracy is current, exceptions have owners, and another authorized teammate can continue the work without reconstructing the history.

Responsibilities

• Own the Data Entry Specialist workflow by documenting corrections and unresolved exceptions.
• Coordinate the workflow by maintaining naming and filing standards.
• Review the workflow by entering and validating structured records.
• Maintain the workflow by comparing incoming information with source documents.
• Track the workflow by resolving duplicate or incomplete records.

Employment Overview

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
