Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and process completed and partially completed maintenance work orders
- Accurately enter work order data into Oracle and other designated database systems
- Track and record daily maintenance inspections and ensure timely data entry
- Verify completeness and accuracy of submitted documentation
- Communicate with maintenance personnel to clarify missing or incomplete information
- Maintain organized records of work orders, inspection logs, and maintenance documentation
- Generate basic reports on maintenance activities as requested
- Aid in identifying data discrepancies and support corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintenance documentation standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred (maintenance or industrial environment is a plus)
- Knowledge of the mining industry underground environment
- Experience with Oracle or similar CMMS/ERP systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Ability to pass background clearance check, drug screening and physical
- Must stay
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to prepare written reports and correspondence
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
