About the role

PerLuxe Travels is adding a Data Entry Specialist whose work will ensure record accuracy across premium resorts, cruises, Disney trips, family and couples travel, group planning, quotes, and travel-rule research. The role focuses on specialized execution within premium travel research, ensuring every handoff clearly shows what is complete, pending, and who owns the next step.

Responsibilities

• Review the Data Entry Specialist workflow to resolve duplicate or incomplete records.
• Maintain the workflow by documenting corrections and unresolved exceptions.
• Track the workflow by upholding naming and filing standards.
• Own the workflow by entering and validating structured records.
• Coordinate the workflow by comparing incoming information with source documents.

• Use naming conventions and administrative support confidently in data entry execution.
• Apply status reporting without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document process compliance decisions clearly for team reference.
• Exercise sound judgment, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.

Schedule

Full-time, entry-level position. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $38,000–$54,000 per year.
