Responsibilities
- Coordinate data entry with dashboard reporting, ensuring traceability of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Review and track logistics role documentation (Park 6) for data entry accuracy and status updates.
- Document data validation with deadline management, maintaining clear records of source verification and status.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for all data entry activities.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management to surface errors before they impact downstream processes.
- Apply data accuracy standards without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning for decisions.
- Use judgment for follow-up, especially when data entry depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure role-specific handoffs meet quality control and record management standards; work remains open until all signals are current.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong data-focused, entry-focused, and specialized-execution skills within marketing strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics. Proficiency in Park 6 Logistics Workflow Context and Data Analysis is a key working strength.
Pay
Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States. Entry-level position.
