Responsibilities

• Enter and validate structured records as part of the Data Entry Specialist workflow.
• Compare incoming information with source documents to ensure accuracy.
• Resolve duplicate or incomplete records in coordination with the team.
• Document corrections and unresolved exceptions for traceability.
• Maintain naming and filing standards to support data integrity.

The practical outcome is dependable record accuracy: clean records, explicit ownership, timely escalation, and fewer downstream fixes.

Requirements

• Use Data Entry Specialist Workflow and Record Accuracy confidently within resort travel support.
• Apply Caribbean Travel Planning while tracking exceptions, owners, or deadlines.

Position Details

Full-time, entry-level role. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $38,000–$54,000 per year.
