Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into databases and computer systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and electronic.
- Respond to data-related inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Generate and prepare reports based on data analysis.
- Affix and resolve data discrepancies and issues.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or a similar role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
- Experience with online data entry and typing jobs is preferred.
- Familiarity with data management systems and software.
Working Hours
- Part-time position with flexible working hours.
- Expected to work approximately 15-20 hours per week.
- Able to set your own schedule within agreed-upon deadlines.
