The Data Entry Specialist maintains a data-focused, entry-focused, and specialized-execution work profile within the context of Brazilian travel-tech. Each checkpoint must visibly document the source, owner, status, and next action to ensure traceability and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dashboard reporting for data entry, ensuring visibility of source, owner, status, and next action.
• Reconcile official travel role documentation with status tracking to maintain accuracy.
• Coordinate data validation with deadline management to ensure timely completion.
• Review documentation and generate reports to support data integrity.
• Implement quality control and workflow management to prevent downstream rework.
• Apply data accuracy while tracking evidence and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning.
• Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, especially when awaiting external confirmations.
• Ensure remote completion of tasks by making work secure, traceable, and ready for the next teammate.

Pay

Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
