Data Entry Specialist

Hustle Notice Biz is hiring a Data Entry Specialist across its staffing, recruiting, business development, marketing, communications, event support, and client service. The position is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, and update candidate, client, lead, project, communication, and recruiting records using approved forms, spreadsheets, customer requests, and internal systems.
• Review entries for missing fields, duplicate records, formatting issues, and obvious inconsistencies before finalizing work.
• Update existing records and make approved corrections while preserving a clear record of changes across recruiting, client, and business services.
• Maintain organized digital files and follow naming, version-control, and record-retention procedures for the Hustle Notice Biz team.
• Complete assigned data-entry queues within established productivity and accuracy targets while supporting recruiting, client, and business services.
• Protect customer and company information and escalate unclear source data instead of guessing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior data-entry or office experience is helpful but not required.
• Accurate keyboarding skills and comfort working with spreadsheets, online forms, shared files, and database-style systems.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused during repetitive, high-volume work.
• Reliable written communication and the ability to follow detailed instructions independently.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure home workspace.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$42,500 - $49,500 per year
