Data Entry Specialist

GG Media Inc. is hiring a Data Entry Specialist for work across its marketing, communications, public relations, content, client service, and campaign reporting teams.

About the role

You will enter, verify, and maintain accurate records and operational data while working remotely with the teams responsible for these areas. The role is full time and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, and update campaign, client, audience, content, communication, and reporting records using approved forms, spreadsheets, customer requests, and internal systems.
• Review entries for missing fields, duplicate records, formatting issues, and obvious inconsistencies before finalizing work.
• Update existing records and make approved corrections while preserving a clear record of changes across marketing and communications work.
• Maintain organized digital files and follow naming, version-control, and record-retention procedures.
• Complete assigned data-entry queues within established productivity and accuracy targets.
• Protect customer and company information and escalate unclear source data instead of guessing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior data-entry or office experience is helpful but not required.
• Accurate keyboarding skills and comfort working with spreadsheets, online forms, shared files, and database-style systems.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused during repetitive, high-volume work.
• Reliable written communication and the ability to follow detailed instructions independently.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure home workspace.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$44,000 - $50,500 per year
