Data Entry Specialist
Your Role
As a Data Entry Specialist, you play an important role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of the data that powers Fusable’s products and services. You will review, interpret, and enter information from a variety of sources into our systems, helping ensure our clients receive reliable, high-quality data.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret alphabetic, numeric, scanned, and database records from UCC filings and other digital sources.
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into internal systems following established formatting and classification standards.
- Review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Identify and correct omissions, formatting issues, and logical inconsistencies.
- Track edits, corrections, and exceptions to support auditing and continuous process improvement efforts.
- Maintain productivity and quality expectations in a high-volume environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of work.
What You'll Need
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable managing repetitive tasks in a high-volume production environment.
- Basic keyboarding, alphanumeric, and 10-key data entry skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Nice to Have
- Previous data entry, records processing, administrative, or production-based experience.
- Experience working with databases or document management systems.
- Familiarity with quality control or data validation processes.
- Experience working in a metrics-driven environment.
