What You'll Do
- Accurate Data Management – Enter and maintain patient demographics, insurance information, and appointment details; ensure accuracy and consistency across scheduling and patient management systems; review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
- Support Healthcare Operations – Update and manage scheduling information for mobile healthcare providers; ensure patient and appointment records are properly documented and up to date; assist with maintaining organized and compliant electronic records.
- Communication & Coordination – Collaborate with scheduling, clinical, and administrative teams; clarify and correct data discrepancies as needed; support workflow efficiency through accurate documentation.
- Maintain Compliance & Quality Standards – Follow HIPAA and company data privacy requirements; ensure all information is entered in accordance with internal standards; support audit readiness through accurate recordkeeping.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, data systems)

Preferred Experience
- Data entry, administrative, clerical, or office support experience
