Data Entry Specialist

The Data Entry Specialist maintains data integrity by keeping confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions visibly separate. Execution is evaluated through a data-focused, entry-focused, and specialized-execution work profile within the context of brand strategy, visual identity, design, marketing, paid/social/email campaigns, analytics, operations, and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Document data entry with dashboard reporting, ensuring visible source, owner, status, and next action for each checkpoint.
• Maintain branding role documentation with status tracking, leaving clear audit trails for data-focused tasks.
• Reconcile data validation with deadline management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate documentation with reporting to maintain traceability and workflow continuity.
• Review quality control with workflow management, surfacing errors before they cause downstream rework.
• Apply judgment around follow-up, especially when data entry depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
• Ensure remote completion of data entry tasks only when record management, data analysis, and process compliance meet security and traceability standards.

Requirements

• Use Elevare Branding Workflow Context and Data Analysis confidently in support of brand strategy, visual identity, design, marketing, paid/social/email campaigns, analytics, operations, and customer support.
• Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in a data-focused workflow.
• Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clear reasoning within the operational context.
• Demonstrate proficiency in record management, data analysis, and process compliance for data-focused, entry-focused execution.

Pay

Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States. Entry-level position.
