About the role
We give you a world of potential. Our Document Services team supports corporate clients by acting as a statutory agent for service of process both nationally and internationally. You’ll ensure documents are processed accurately and on time, supporting strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize incoming service of process and government documents based on urgency, client-specific requirements, and deadlines.
- Perform pre-send and post-send quality checks to ensure accurate data entry, routing, and document imaging.
- Identify and resolve routine exceptions, escalate more complex issues in line with established procedures.
- Prepare daily end-of-day summaries and maintain basic workflow and quality dashboards.
- Support team leaders by identifying recurring errors or bottlenecks and contributing improvement ideas.
- Assist with cross-location workload balancing and backfilling processing or mailroom tasks as needed to meet service-level.
Requirements
- A degree is not required; relevant industry experience will be strongly considered.
- Exceptional attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
- Experience handling high volumes of documents in a data entry or processing environment.
- Strong computer skills, including typing, scanning, email, and internet research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced office setting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of legal and governmental processes beneficial.

Pay
The typical base pay range for this role is $21 - $22/hour. This base pay range is specific to Delaware and may not be applicable to other locations.
