About the role
Billingsley Travel Agency is adding a Data Entry Specialist whose work will make record accuracy easier to trust across family and group leisure travel, cruises, all-inclusive trips, theme parks, sports travel, weddings, and honeymoons. The operating lens is data entry specialized execution within family travel operations, so incomplete information is surfaced before it becomes downstream rework.
Responsibilities
- Review the Data Entry Specialist workflow by helping the team maintain naming and filing standards.
- Maintain the Data Entry Specialist workflow by entering and validating structured records.
- Track the Data Entry Specialist workflow by comparing incoming information with source documents.
- Own the Data Entry Specialist workflow by resolving duplicate or incomplete records.
- Coordinate the Data Entry Specialist workflow by documenting corrections and unresolved exceptions.
Qualifications
- Use Exception Tracking and Family Travel Operations confidently when carrying out data entry tasks.

Employment Overview

Pay
Base salary: $38,000–$54,000 per year.
