Data Entry Specialist
About the role
Addison Group is partnering with our client, a growing company in the construction industry, to hire a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify information in company databases and internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Review documents for completeness and resolve discrepancies before processing.
- Organize, maintain, and retrieve electronic and physical records as needed.
- Support project teams by tracking documentation, processing forms, and maintaining organized files.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents using Microsoft Office applications.
- Communicate with internal departments to obtain missing information and ensure records remain current.
- Audit data to identify and correct inconsistencies.
- Afford assistance with general administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related office role.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience working with databases, document management systems, or ERP software is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

$24 – $26 / hour
