About the role
Answer inbound customer calls to provide support, resolve issues, and respond to inquiries. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, provide updates, and conduct service outreach. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Document all interactions clearly and accurately in the customer management system. Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently. Adhere to all compliance, privacy, and security standards.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with call center software and CCS systems.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Prior customer service or call center experience preferred but not required.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interaction.
- Role may require meeting daily or weekly call targets and performance metrics.
