We are currently seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input a high volume of data from various sources, including customer orders, supplier details, and internal records, into our digital systems.
- Review and verify data for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies, making corrections as necessary to ensure data integrity.
- Organise and maintain physical and digital files to ensure they are properly managed and easily retrievable.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to safeguard data.
- Scan documents and print files when needed, maintaining a systematic filing system.
- Uphold data confidentiality and adhere to company security policies at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve data discrepancies and support their data-related needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and scanners.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
