Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities
- Arranges posts, compiles, and computes data for regular and special reports.
- Types information on forms and records.
- Prepares orders for purchasing and maintains records of same.
- Answers customer inquiries both verbally and in writing.
- Utilizes the Customer Information Control System to electronically generate work orders as per Divisional CRT Utilization Procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Provided back-office support including data entry, payroll, invoicing, letter writing, appointment scheduling, and phone answering.
- Supported customer payment booth operations.
- Worked with Office 365 suite of applications.
