Responsibilities
- Accurately input data based on Enrollment Unit processes
- Review and verify Member documents for accuracy and validity
- Communication with internal/external units to ensure Eligibility Department criteria is met
- Generate correspondence to obtain pertinent information from Members
- Provide clerical support to Eligibility Department
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by Eligibility Department
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Some College or Degree preferred
- Minimum two (2) years clerical experience in general office environment required
- Excellent keyboarding skills
- Good alphabetical and numerical filing skills
- Knowledge of Eligibility systems preferred (i.e. QNXT, V3)
- Basic Microsoft office skills preferred
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to work quickly and accurately while following through on assignments
- Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and handle multiple tasks a must
- Available to work overtime
