Data Entry and Verification Specialist

About the role

NuView Health is a transformational industry leader combining data-driven clinical protocols and technology for a more patient-centric approach to healthcare. We bring real-time support to patients through in-person and telemedicine physician interactions. NuView Health has advanced telemedicine, helping to save lives through the largest physician network of its kind and established hospital partnerships. This is a full time, onsite only position providing operational support via data entry, verification and database maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Generate daily/nightly reports, i.e., analytics and census reports, as needed
• Data entry and database management with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• Collect, verify and maintain data from various sources
• Communicate regularly with physicians on accuracy of charge submissions
• Data entry of physician staffing plan and distributing monthly call schedule, as needed
• Regularly monitor the progress of assigned tasks
• Other data operational tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Proficient in database platforms, MS Office, and Adobe
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Experience in working within fast-paced, complex, dynamic, business environment

Qualifications

Associates degree preferred

Skills

• Data analysis, interpretation, and visualization
• Working knowledge of a variety of EHR systems
• Experience with medical billing and/or coding

Pay

$19 - $22 / Hour (DOE)

Schedule

Monday - Friday 9am -5pm EST
