Job Description
The Data Entry Administrative Assistant will support the office by preparing and updating documents, entering and transferring information accurately, and assisting with a variety of administrative functions. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable handling repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and transfer written information from one document to another with strong attention to detail
- Prepare and format contracts and other business-related documentation
- Review and update records related to real estate and title paperwork
- Scan, upload, organize, and maintain electronic and physical files
- Assist with general office duties including emailing, faxing, and document management
- Communicate with internal team members regarding document updates and workflow needs
- Provide additional administrative support and complete special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, clerical, or data entry experience preferred
- Strong typing and computer skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office setting
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable handling confidential information professionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office software
