About the role
The Infrastructure Operations team is looking for cleared Data Center Technicians to join our expanding team. Data Center Technicians are the primary resolvers who troubleshoot and solve a range of datacenter infrastructure issues, including hardware, fiber, networking, and related problems. Your work will help maintain one of the world's largest information system infrastructures. This position requires a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
Responsibilities
- Engage in physical data center activities, including:
- Lifting and moving material up to 49 pounds
- Working in cramped and/or elevated locations
- Bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching
- Standing and walking for up to 8+ hours a day
- Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely
- Perform tasks associated with planning and tracking capacity, rack deployment, rack cabling, hardware and software troubleshooting, and rack decommissioning
- Work in a noisy environment
- Work shifts longer than 8 hours to support 24/7 operations (covering both night and day shifts)
- Take ownership of technical issues, engaging other teams as needed to drive resolution
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Solve problems at their root and understand the broader context
- Maintain service level agreements through proactive issue detection and reporting
- Act decisively in the absence of direction or support
- Improve effectiveness through process innovation
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or A+ or CND (Certified Network Defender) or Network+ or Security+ certification
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Associate's degree in IT-related field or equivalent professional or military experience
- 2+ years of experience with server hardware
- 1+ years of experience with UNIX/Linux operating systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Security+ certification or ability to obtain one within 90 days of start

Pay
Base salary range: $39.08 - $68.41 USD hourly (Aurora, CO)
Schedule
- Shift work including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Shifts longer than 8 hours to support 24/7 operations
