DATA CENTER REGIONAL MANAGER
Duties And Responsibilities
Lead and develop a strong team that assists with the successful execution of company objectives.
Works collaboratively with customers to define value-add activities and ensure their needs are being met.
Direct oversight, training, and development of Project Managers.
Provide accurate and timely monthly forecasts of revenue and cost at completion for review by Regional VP.
Actively participate in job review meetings and communicate field schedules, issues, and concerns.
Manage internal working relationships; identify and address conflict.
Develop project estimates and create budgets.
Communicate production, quality, and administrative expectations to field operations staff.
Improve personal, technical, and supervisory skills through personal development plans and offered trainings.
Represent and promote the company’s mission, vision, and values.
Purchasing, reporting, and approval authority as defined in MP Authority Matrix.
Enforce all Company, OSHA and other applicable procedures and standards.
Safety training as required by position.

Essential Education And Qualifications
High School education or GED
10+ years of leadership experience in the construction industry, including 3 years in leadership role.
Experience leading or supporting fiber, structured cabling, outside plant, inside plant, network deployment, customer site work, or mission-critical infrastructure projects preferred.
Deep knowledge of business and industry.
Deep understanding of job-related financial reports and cost to complete.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Computer skills – proficient in MS Office.
Physical Demands
Focus on a computer screen for several hours at a time
Sit or stand at a desk for long periods of time
May require some travel
