Data Center Deployment Foreman I
Introl · Newark, NJ · 5 days ago
On-siteManagement$98k–$118k/yrFull-time
Responsibilities
- Own full execution of an assigned project or large multi-phase scope — responsible for every crew and every outcome
- Manage through DCDLs and Sr. DCDLs — sets direction at the Lead level, not the technician level
- Create and maintain daily and weekly work plans — not react to them
- Set task priorities and execution sequence based on project schedule and live field conditions
- Allocate and reallocate manpower across Leads based on real-time project priorities
- Cookordination with the PM on progress, risks, schedule adherence, and change conditions
- Ensure all milestones and deadlines are met — escalates risk to PM before missing them
- Enforce quality standards across all Lead-managed crews — rework is a failure, not a norm
- Resolve field conflicts, blockers, and Lead-level performance issues without PM involvement where possible
- Monitor overall team productivity and adjust resources and sequencing to close gaps
