Responsibilities
- Manage multiple construction projects and maintain budgets, schedules, and status reports
- Communicate monthly updates on project status for executive reviews
- Develop a master program for site design and budget in collaboration with stakeholders
- Oversee permitting requirements for site projects
- Execute multi-phased site development plans to meet time and quality standards
- Draft scopes of work for design and construction services and assist in procurement
- Review contractor pay applications and negotiate change orders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of commercial construction management experience, including Lump Sum and Design Build methods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Able to be on-site 4 times a week
- Willing to travel up to 20-30%
