About the Role
Olsson has an exciting opportunity to work directly with one of the world's largest technology companies. As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead the construction closeout process for complex data center projects, ensuring all documentation, redlines, as-builts, and turnover deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards. In this role, you will oversee closeout activities from field verification through final turnover, managing redline processes, conducting as-built audits, performing QA/QC reviews of project deliverables, and coordinating with contractors, trade partners, and project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction closeout activities for large-scale data center projects.
- Oversee and coordinate the collection, review, and approval of redlines, as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, and other closeout documentation.
- Perform field verification audits to validate as-built conditions and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Conduct QA/QC reviews of project deliverables to verify completeness, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
- Hold contractors, trade partners, and stakeholders accountable for meeting closeout milestones and documentation requirements.
- Monitor closeout schedules, identify risks, and proactively drive corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
- Utilize knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems to review technical deliverables and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate project status, risks, and action items to internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously improve closeout processes and documentation standards to support efficient project turnover.
