Data and Projects Coordinator, Resource Operations and Insights
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should stick to those headings only if content exists. We can put mission-driven content under About the role or Qualifications. Probably About the role includes description of role and team. We'll include About the role with the introductory paragraphs about FoundationCCC and role purpose. Responsibilities: list of duties (the bullet points after "What You’ll Do"). Requirements: maybe the location requirement and cover letter? But cover letter is instruction to remove. So Requirements could include "Must reside in California". Also maybe "At least two years of experience..." is more qualifications. We'll separate: Requirements: maybe "Must reside in California". Qualifications: list of attributes for success (experience, skills). Skills: maybe list of specific tools: Asana, Salesforce, Workday, etc. But we can also put those under Qualifications. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But we have headings list; we can choose to include only those with real content. Let's decide sections:
- About the role: includes description of FoundationCCC, role purpose, team.
- Responsibilities: list of duties (the bullet points after "What You’ll Do").
- Qualifications: includes experience, skills, attributes (the "Attributes for Success" block).
- Benefits: list of benefits.
- Pay: hourly range.
We might not need separate Requirements or Skills sections; we can embed location requirement in Qualifications or About the role. But location is a requirement; we could put under Qualifications as a bullet: "Must reside in California". Or we could add a Requirements section with that. Since we prefer few sections, maybe we add a short Requirements section with location. But then we have many sections: About, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Requirements = 6 sections. Could be okay. But we could combine location into Qualifications as a bullet. That seems fine.
We must not include boilerplate: cover letter request, email question, etc. Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract.
Intro: "Join a creative, collaborative, and award-winning team working together to benefit, support, and enhance the California Community Colleges, the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. Incorporated in 1998, the Foundation for California Community Colleges (FoundationCCC) is the trusted partner of the California Community Colleges, facilitating collaboration, accelerating innovation, and increasing system-wide resources."
Then "What You’ll Do" paragraph: "The Data and Projects Coordinator in the Resource Operations and Insights (ROI) unit supports the accuracy, integrity, and effective use of revenue data across FoundationCCC. Reporting to the Manager of Resource Operations and Insights, this role provides hands-on support to revenue-generating teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle, including maintaining pipeline and stewardship data, supporting reporting needs, and ensuring information across enterprise systems remains accurate and current. The Coordinator also partners with Business Systems on data quality, system configuration, and reporting needs and provides project and administrative support to the broader Resource Development Department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, collaborative, and skilled at supporting efficient processes, projects, and team operations."
Then bullet list of duties (starting with "Coordinate projects and departmental initiatives...").
Then "Attributes for Success" block: list of bullet-like sentences.
Then "We’re recruiting for mission-driven..." paragraph about culture.
Then "What We Offer" paragraph: remote-first philosophy, headquarters location.
Then "Benefits" list.
Then "Budgeted Hourly Pay Range $27.00 - $29.00" and note about final salary.
We must not include "Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity." That's part of Pay section; we can include as a sentence.
We must not include application instructions: "Please submit a cover letter with your application." and "If you have any questions, please email us at jobs@foundationccc.org."
Also remove duplicated lines? Not seeing duplicates.
Now craft HTML.
We'll have:
