Data and Communication Analyst - TS

About the role

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level Data and Communication Analyst supports DSSU program operations by analyzing data, producing clear reports, and helping leadership understand trends and issues across key initiatives. This role blends data-focused work with strong communication skills to ensure information is accurate, accessible, and actionable.

Location: Clarksburg, WV. Required clearance: Top Secret.

Responsibilities

• Analyze program and operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Produce reports, summaries, and dashboards that clearly communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain organized datasets and tracking tools to support ongoing program monitoring.
• Support data quality reviews and help ensure information is consistent and reliable across sources.
• Assist with ad hoc data requests and contribute to special analytical projects.
• Work with team members to refine data processes and improve how information is captured and shared.
• Ensure all documentation and reports meet accessibility and formatting standards.

Requirements

• Minimum four years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or related analytical work.
• Ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear, easy‑to‑understand summaries.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured information.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience maintaining spreadsheets, tracking tools, or basic data repositories.
• Active Top‑Secret clearance required.
