Data Analytics - PCS Customer Insights and Experience

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain standardized data pipelines and datasets to support ongoing reporting and analytics work.
• Perform data reconciliation and validation checks to ensure accuracy across reports and dashboards.
• Create and optimize repeatable reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Document data definitions, logic, and processes to support consistency and scalability of reporting.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests by pulling and preparing datasets based on defined requirements.
• Monitor existing reports and dashboards for performance, accuracy, and usability improvements.
• Collaborate with analytics team members to support data needs for deeper analysis and modeling efforts.
• Aid in identifying opportunities to automate manual data processes and improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
• Working knowledge of analytics and statistical software such as SQL, R, Python, Excel, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Geo-spatial tools and others to perform analysis and interpret data.
• Strong experience in data extraction, validation, and reporting.
• Proven ability to build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Attention to data accuracy, quality control, and consistency.
• Experience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistics, predictive modeling.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
