Responsibilities
- Build and maintain standardized data pipelines and datasets to support ongoing reporting and analytics work.
- Perform data reconciliation and validation checks to ensure accuracy across reports and dashboards.
- Create and optimize repeatable reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Document data definitions, logic, and processes to support consistency and scalability of reporting.
- Respond to ad hoc data requests by pulling and preparing datasets based on defined requirements.
- Monitor existing reports and dashboards for performance, accuracy, and usability improvements.
- Collaborate with analytics team members to support data needs for deeper analysis and modeling efforts.
- Aid in identifying opportunities to automate manual data processes and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
- Working knowledge of analytics and statistical software such as SQL, R, Python, Excel, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Geo-spatial tools and others to perform analysis and interpret data.
- Strong experience in data extraction, validation, and reporting.
- Proven ability to build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Attention to data accuracy, quality control, and consistency.
- Experience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistics, predictive modeling.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
