About the role

Retensa internships offer future leaders the opportunity to grow and enhance their careers at the intersection of Management Consulting, Cloud-Based Technology, Predictive Analytics, and Organizational Development. As a Data Analytics Associate, you’ll contribute to projects that could impact up to 1 billion employees in 1 million companies worldwide. This is a structured, stipend internship for approximately 14 weeks, with the possibility of a paid position for high-performing individuals upon completion.

Responsibilities

• Engage in strategic cross-functional activities such as Organizational Assessments, HR Metric Analytics, HR Trend Analysis, and/or HRIS Management.
• Participate in client-facing projects to strengthen leadership and team-building skills.
• Leverage your knowledge as part of the Talent Management Team to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Master’s candidate in Data Science, Data Analytics and Visualization, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3.0+ GPA and self-directive, team-oriented mindset with proven attention to detail.
• One direct experience in HR/Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a data analytics role.
• Proficiency in any three of the following skills:
  • Advanced Excel (data cleaning, structure, etc.)
  • 1+ year of applied statistics (R, SPSS, SAS, or similar)
  • 1+ year of data analytics (Python, SQL)
  • 1+ year of machine learning (predictive modeling, natural language processing)
  • 1+ year of data visualization

Schedule

• Part-time: 24–32 hours per week, 3–4 days per week.
• Remote, EST ±3 hours.

Pay

A stipend of $500–$1,000 will be provided upon completion of the internship.
