Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, service, product, and IT teams to implement and support programs that accelerate process improvement and efficiency.
- Develop deep understanding of data and technology suite to guide decision-making and solution development.
- Define and administer business rules and processes to streamline workflows and standardize performance measurement.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and introduce innovative solutions factoring in customer needs, data analytics, industry best practices, etc.
- Support resource planning to optimize utilization, identify trends and risks, inform forecasts, and create growth opportunities.
- Analyze and support reporting of Customer Management performance metrics.
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- Educational background: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related field, preferred.
- Experience: 2 years in data analytics role.
- Technical skills: Experience in CRM or similar technology, preferred.
- Software proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SQL.

About the Role
The Data Analyst - Sales Operations serves as an internal analytics consultant leading projects to translate data into valuable strategic and tactical insights that drive results for ArcBest Customer Management initiatives.
Other Details
- Work Hours: Generally, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.
- Travel Requirements: Minimal (0%-25%).

This is a salary position paid biweekly.
