Data Operations Analyst I - (US Only)

About the Opportunity:The DATA OPERATIONS ANALYST I role provides essential data operational support for fundraising and business systems. This position is responsible for executing recurring business processes, supporting data quality initiatives, responding to user requests, and maintaining system documentation. The role contributes by ensuring timely operational activities, improving data accuracy, and enabling effective use of CRM and related systems. Responsibilities:Perform scheduled acknowledgment processing on specified days.Conduct duplicate review and remediation.Execute bulk uploads, imports, and data maintenance.Process record merges according to procedures.Complete operational activities within service levels.Maintain logs and documentation.Escalate exceptions and unresolved issues.Perform data cleanup and remediation.Review and resolve duplicates using business rules.Identify data quality issues and suggest corrections.Assist with data validation and reconciliation.Support proactive data quality projects.Collaborate with advisors to improve data practices.Monitor and report data inaccuracies.Develop automated methods for data quality using programming and AI.Respond to routine user requests and questions.Assist users with system navigation and reporting.Resolve support issues using documented procedures.Create and maintain user guides and knowledge articles.Analyze support requests to document solutions.Recommend self-service resources and process improvements.Support communication of system changes.Identify opportunities to streamline support processes.Assist with testing system enhancements.Participate in documentation and process improvements.Support special projects related to data quality and system adoption.Provide user feedback to improve systems. Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.2-5 years in fundraising or marketing operations, customer support, data management, CRM or business systems support.Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to manage operational tasks and user support.Strong written and verbal communication.Ability to work cross-functionally and explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with CRM, fundraising, or constituent management systems.Familiarity with Clearview CRM, Springboard by Jackson River, EveryAction, MobileCommons, DonorDrive, Salesforce NPSP.Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.Experience with data imports, record maintenance, duplicate management.Experience creating documentation and user guides.Intermediate Excel skills.Knowledge of SQL, Python, APIs, AI, or prompt engineering. Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range only applies to applicants performing the job within the US and to international assignees classified by CRS. Staff on local payroll follow respective country pay ranges. Specific salary ranges will be shared during candidate selection.
