Data Analyst I - Revenue Cycle

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Complete weekly billing functions for certain outsourced services arrangements
• Evaluate all billing processes for process improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Research and provide prompt and courteous follow-up for client related billing questions and/or reporting requests
• Aid in the semi-monthly PBM Billing process, as needed
• Complete the weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly HealthDyne Billing Process, as needed
• Create and distribute other Invoices as needed
• Achieve advanced planning skills; must have the ability to manage tasks to successful timely conclusions
• Support the Revenue Cycle team with other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• Must possess a 4-year degree, preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Analytics or related fields, with proven quantitative experience
• Must have 1-3 years of work experience
• PBM, healthcare, pharmaceutical experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High proficiency in Microsoft SQL, R, or other data analysis tools
• Python experience preferred
• Microsoft Excel and Visual Studio experience preferred
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Intermediate understanding of Tableau or other data visualization tools
• Advanced diligence, keeping in mind the “big picture”
• Ability to analyze and interpret data based on results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to listen and understand information and ideas that are presented verbally
