Job ID 23586 – Data Analyst – Revenue Cycle Location: Lakeland, FL – This position is onsite (3) days a week Pay: $60,000-$62,000 yearly Type: Contract to hire Schedule: M-F 8-5 Job Description Manage weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly billing processes for pharmacy revenue cycle services, including outsourced service arrangements, PBM billing, and invoice generation while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.Analyze billing workflows to identify process improvement opportunities, streamline operations, and enhance billing efficiency and accuracy across the Revenue Cycle team.Research and resolve client billing inquiries, prepare reporting requests, and provide professional, timely follow-up to support a high level of customer service.Utilize SQL queries and database knowledge to validate billing data, support reporting, troubleshoot issues, and assist in developing analytics dashboards that identify revenue cycle trends and performance metrics.Prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment while supporting the Revenue Cycle team with additional billing, reporting, and operational responsibilities as needed Nice to have PharmacyHealthcarePBMPythonVisual Studio Requirements Must have a Bachelor’s degreeMust have 1-3 years of related work experienceMust be highly proficient in SQL, R, or other data analysisMS Excel proficientIntermediate understanding of TableauHigh school diploma or equivalentBackground check requiredEmployment verification requiredEducation verification requiredDrug screening required
