For a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space, this role leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action, strengthening data-driven execution and helping teams focus on the metrics that matter most.
Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Direct change management initiatives with company leadership
- Communicate change goals aligned with organizational objectives
- Conduct impact analyses and address organizational readiness
- Cultivate change management capability through training and outreach
- Define and report success metrics for change management efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience leading enterprise-wide changes related to Digital Technology and AI solutions
- Experience managing large-scale changes affecting personnel and understanding the change lifecycle
- Proficient in creating actionable deliverables for change management processes
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Pay
$107,500 – $204,500 annually
