Data 360 Technical Architect

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Data 360 Subject Matter Expert for clients
• Pitch data unlock solutions as a strategic advisor
• Exceed customer goals and provide best practice insights
• Work independently and proactively on engagements
• Achie high client satisfaction scores through value delivery
• Manage multiple strategic client relationships concurrently
• Collaborate with the Go-to-Market team to grow service offerings

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience with the company Data 360 or equivalent Customer Data Platforms
• Background in the company Sales & Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud preferred
• Experience with data warehousing solutions like Snowflake or BigQuery
• Strong familiarity with cloud-based data management and ETL tools
• Proven ability to visualize and communicate complex data concepts effectively
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; willingness to travel
• Knowledge of Data Governance and Privacy concepts (plus)
