Data 360 Enablement Architect

About the role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Salesforce Data 360 individual to join ListEngage Academy, our internal enablement team. This individual will play a critical role in educating and empowering learners to confidently understand and use Salesforce Data 360.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver live instruction virtually on Salesforce Data 360
• Design and facilitate curriculum, training assets, hands-on exercises, and projects
• Translate complex technical concepts into simple, digestible content for learners
• Assess learner progress and adapt instruction based on varying skill levels
• Provide individualized support, coaching, and feedback to learners
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment
• Stay current with Salesforce releases to continuously improve course content
• Collaborate with internal teams to align training with company needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field of study required
• Data 360 Consultant Salesforce certification required
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360
• A strong understanding of: Data modeling and data ingestion, Identity resolution, Segmentation and activation, Data governance and privacy basics, Proficient with SQL (can write complex queries without the use of AI)
• Experience working with other Salesforce products (such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior teaching, training, or coaching experience (formal or informal)
• Experience working with adult learners, career switchers, or early-career professionals
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and presentation skills, Passion for teaching and helping others succeed, Ability to simplify complex topics without losing accuracy, Adaptability in teaching styles to meet diverse learning needs, Strong organizational and time management skills
