Salesforce Data 360 Architect

About the Role

A Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) professional designs, implements, and manages unified customer data profiles by connecting disparate data sources into Salesforce. This role involves building data streams, modeling data, implementing identity resolution, and enabling real-time, AI-driven segmentation and activation across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.

Responsibilities

• Design Data Lake Objects (DLOs) and Data Model Objects (DMOs) within Data Cloud.
• Ingest and integrate external data sources (AWS, Azure, APIs, MuleSoft) and Salesforce Clouds using connectors.
• Create rules to unify customer data into a single, comprehensive 360-degree view (identity resolution).
• Develop actionable insights, segments, and activate data for personalized marketing and service use cases.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
• Lead implementation, troubleshoot data flows, and guide stakeholders on best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Data 360, or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, SQL, data modeling, APIs, and data mapping.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud architecture.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into business solutions.
