Salesforce Data 360 Architect

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and manages unified customer data profiles by connecting disparate data sources into Salesforce.
• Builds data streams.
• Models data.
• Implements identity resolution.
• Enables real-time, AI-driven segmentation and activation across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
• Designs Data Lake Objects (DLOs) and Data Model Objects (DMOs) within Data Cloud.
• Connects external data sources (AWS, Azure, APIs, MuleSoft) and Salesforce Clouds using connectors.
• Creates rules to unify customer data into a single, comprehensive 360-degree view.
• Develops actionable insights, segments, and activates data for personalized marketing and service use cases.
• Ensures data accuracy, security, and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
• Leads implementation, troubleshoots data flows, and guides stakeholders on best practices.

Requirements

• Primary Skill: Salesforce Data 360
• Secondary Skill: Salesforce Data Cloud
• Minimum 10 years of experience

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Data 360, or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)

Skills

• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, SQL, data modeling, APIs, and data mapping
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud architecture
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into business solutions

Pay

• Salary Range: $110,000-$145,000 per year
