Dairy Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and consistent product availability.
• Safeguard, control, and monitor department assets.
• Encourage a safe work environment and maintain cleanliness.
• Plan production and promotion goals.
• Coach and discipline team members as necessary.
• Verify schedules and bookkeeping.
• Oversee inventory and food safety procedures.
• Approve purchase orders and maintain stock levels.
• Place and maintain proper tags.
• Manage conflict resolution.

Key Requirements

• Age 18 or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in grocery or dairy department.
• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with all levels of management.
• Physical abilities to lift up to 75 lbs., work in freezers and fridges, and perform various tasks.
• Technical skills to perform basic math and computer tasks.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to transfer to another store within the area.
