About the role

Progressive pay scale up to $17.25/hour, based on experience. Schedule: Sunday – Saturday, varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Make lasting connections with customers
• Fill and rotate cases and displays (may include lifting up to 50 lbs)
• Assist with receiving products and merchandising to keep shelves full
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary store
• Work with the team on all tasks necessary to maintain an awesome department
• Be a part of a dedicated team that arrives promptly for shifts and works as scheduled

Requirements

• Friendly and outgoing with a focus on customer service
• Experience working in a dairy-frozen position preferred
• Knowledge of stocking, load cutting, and displaying cases
• Motivated to grow your career and continue learning

Physical demands

• Frequent (15% of shift or ≥10 repetitions): lifting/carrying over 50 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 2000 force lbs, walking, reaching, standing, stooping/bending, squatting, kneeling, repetitive motion (turning, bending)
• Occasional (less than 15% of shift or fewer than 10 repetitions): mental math/calculation, climbing ladders
• Environmental: extended exposure to cold temperatures and wet surfaces

• Fork lift, pallet jack, carts, box cutter, compactor, baler, scanner, register, scale, check approval machine, coupon machine, paging system
